How can I rent a car with your service?
You should email or call us or come to our office. Depending on your request and the places you will be visiting... we will help with the selection.
How long does it take to be picked up?
You will have to wait no more than half an hour (depending on the traffic), and then our professional driver we'll be able to pick you up wherever you want.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can hire our vehicle(s) even for just 1 day. The maximum period is not provided... We offer discounts for 10+ days of car hire.
What if I want to extend the rental period?
Just call our manager and ask to extend the rental period. We will furnish you with the invoice and ask you to make payment.
How do I pay for the rental period?
Before you pick up the car, specify your route and the number of days you are going to hire the vehicle(s). Then, make payment of the total amount.
Do you offer a self-drive service for your vehicles?
No, we do not offer a self-drive service due to the poor condition of the roads and lack of road signs on East African roads.
